Add one or more of the following packages to your Essential Boiler Service Plan at any time. Each extends your cover – so you only pay for what you actually need.
Boiler repair package
+£10/month
Parts, labour & like-for-like replacement* if your boiler can’t be repaired. Priority call-out within 24hrs.
What's included:
- We will supply & fit any available boiler parts required
- We will fit a replacement boiler on a like-for-like basis.*
- We will fit (but not supply) any heating controls
- Priority attendance to any boiler faults
Not included:
- Supplying new heating controls if required (a quotation can be provided)
- Supplying a new boiler, filter, flue, scale conditioner etc if required
- Repairing damage caused by sludge, scale or debris
- Full system cleanse
- Pre-existing faults or conditions
*Like-for-like replacement covers installation labour only. The cost of the replacement boiler is not included.

System Repair Package
+£9/month
Covers repairs to your pipework, radiators and wider heating system components.
What’s included:
- Repairs to radiators, radiator valves & central heating pipework
- Repairs to central heating circulating pumps, zone valves & auto bypass valves
- Repairs to pipework, stopcocks, overflow pipes, hot & cold water pipes
- Repairs to grey & foul water waste pipes, soil and vent pipes, unblocking above ground drainage
Not included:
- Warm air heating, underfloor heating, hot water cylinders, cold water supply tanks, gas appliances
- Any pipework buried under concrete floors or within the fabric of your property
- Taps, showers, baths, sinks and toilets, except for replacing washers
- Shower pumps, macerators and waste disposals
- Below ground drains and drainage systems (e.g. septic tanks) guttering and rainwater pipes
- Regular drain cleaning or de-scaling
- Designer radiators and fan assisted radiators
- Solar thermal system
*If you call us out in relation to a service covered by one of our care plans, we’ll charge an excess of £60 inclusive of VAT (this is lower than our standard call-out fees.) If we need to visit you about the same matter more than once, we’ll still only charge one fee.
Cylinder Service Package
+£4.50/month
An annual inspection of your cylinder, expansion vessel and safety devices. Flags concerns before they become problems. Service only – no repairs included.
What’s included:
- Cold water tank and heating tank, ball valves & service valves
- Immersion heater, timeswitch & cylinder thermostat
- Hot water circulating pump
- Expansion vessel
- *This plan covers servicing only - cylinder replacement is not included.
Not included:
- Supplying a new cylinder or tank if required
- Pipework (see our System Repair Package)
- Programmers & thermostats
- Shower pumps
- Solar thermal systems
*If beyond economical repair, we’ll quote for a similar or better model. Loft access requirements apply.
Cylinder Service & Repair Package
+£8/month
Everything in the Cylinder Service Package, plus repair cover and like-for-like cylinder replacement if yours can’t be repaired. One annual call-out included, £60 excess for additional visits.

- Everything in the Cylinder Service Package
- Repair cover for cylinder & ancillary components
- Unvented cylinder service - expansion vessel & safety device checks
- Like-for-like cylinder replacement - we fit it free, you pay for the cylinder*
Not included:
- Supplying a new cylinder or tank if required
- Pipework (See our +4. System Repair plan)
- Programmers & thermostats
- Shower pumps
- Solar thermal systems

Book your pre-plan healthcheck
We’ll service your boiler and confirm everything’s eligible. The cost of this visit is covered in full if you sign up. If any repairs are needed first, we’ll quote – no obligation.
Step
Complete your agreement & direct debit
Complete your agreement & direct debit: We’ll send the paperwork. Once set up, you’re covered for as long as you like. Cancel any time, no fees.
There are a few eligibility requirements, so just check the following applies first:
- You have a domestic (up to 50Kw) condensing natural gas central heating boiler.
- You live in the area we cover (SO21, SO22, SO23, SO24, SO30, SO32, SO50, SO51, SO53).
- You are aged 18 or over, and are the owner or owner-occupier of the property.
- You must have the Boiler Servicing Plan before you can add on a Repair Package.
Additionally, you can only apply for a Plan which includes boiler or system care if:
- You have a domestic (up to 50Kw) condensing natural gas central heating boiler.
- Your boiler and heating system are safe and in good working order.
