Our heat pump care plan gives your air source heat pump and hot water cylinder a comprehensive annual service – carried out by our MCS-certified engineers. Normally £249.80 if booked separately. Everything’s included in one simple monthly payment.

There are a few eligibility requirements, so just check the following applies first:
- Domestic single phase air source heat pump
- Property in SO21, SO22, SO23, SO24, SO30, SO32, SO50, SO51 or SO53
- You are aged 18 or over, and are the owner or owner-occupier of the property.

How often should a heat pump be serviced?
Most manufacturers recommend an annual service to maintain efficiency, protect your warranty and ensure safe operation. Our plan makes this easy – we contact you when it’s due each year.
Is my cylinder service really included?
Yes. Unlike our boiler plans where cylinder servicing is an optional add-on, the heat pump plan includes your domestic hot water cylinder service as standard.
What does the ADEY ProCheck water test involve?
A quick digital water quality test that checks for corrosion, scale and inhibitor levels – helping to prevent sludge build-up and extend the life of your system.
